Missy Franklin is a great US swimmer. She swam a 58.85 in the American time trials, but in my mind this event will go hands down to Emily Seebohm. Her all time best is 58.23, compared to Franklin's 58.85 which is the fastest she's ever done it. .62 seconds is a lot in swimming so I'll take AOS and place my lock on Seebohm.
